1. General
These terms apply to every visit to Zing It! Hengelo and Zing It! Enschede, both part of Vios Events B.V., and to all reservations, private parties and drinks nights requested via this website or otherwise.
2. Age and house rules
Access to Zing It! is reserved for visitors who meet the legal age requirements for consuming alcohol. Our staff may ask for ID at any time. The house rules posted on-site always apply, and staff may refuse entry or ask visitors to leave.
3. Private parties and drinks
Requests for private parties and drinks via this website are non-binding. A booking is only final after written (email) or verbal confirmation by Zing It!. Numbers, times and packages are agreed in consultation.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation terms for private parties and group drinks are agreed per booking and confirmed in writing.
5. Liability
Zing It! is not liable for loss, theft or damage to visitors' property, except where such damage results from intent or gross negligence by Zing It! or its staff.
6. Photo and video material
During nights at Zing It!, atmosphere photos and videos may be taken and (partly) published on our website and social media channels. Don't want to be recognisable? Let our staff know.
